New Zealand Shows the Way on Jobs

The mayors of 68 cities and districts in New Zealand covering 92% of all mayors in the country have set up a unique organisation The New Zealand Mayors Taskforce for Jobs. In June 2005 the NZ Taskforce chairman and mayor of Christchurch Garry Moore brought a delegation of eight NZ mayors to Newcastle to explain the project to mayors in New South Wales.
